At Brooks Bingham Clothing we want you to be happy with your suit, alterations might be needed to achieve the perfect fit. Should you need changes, your tailoring costs will be reimbursed.

Have your tailor fill in all necessary changes on the alteration form.

It is important you carefully follow our instructions to claim your credit. Your application for credit must be received within 15 days of your order shipping. Please be prepared to upload a copy of your receipt as well as the alteration form your tailor filled out. You have 10 days after receiving your order to notify us of your need for alterations. Contact our customer service team to get started.

Returns

Brooks Bingham Clothing takes pride in delivering you a superbly fitting suit. Our “Perfect Fit Promise” is in place for your peace of mind. Should your new suit not meet your expectations, do not hesitate to contact us at CustomerService@brooksbingham.com. We want our customers to be happy, and we are here to help. 

Since your garment is designed based on your personal measurements and your chosen details, we do not offer refunds. Should you be anything less than satisfied with your garment, please contact our Customer Service Team within 10 days of receiving your shipment.

Return Policy

Since your suit is cut based on your measurements and your individual details, we do not offer a refund. However, if after alterations have not corrected your garments fitment issue, you will be offered store credit and a one on one with our styling professional. Please contact our Customer Service Team for more information. Should there be an issue with the quality of your garments, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order.

After your return has been approved you will receive a Brooks Bingham Clothing Gift Card. Items that have been worn or damaged do not qualify for reimbursement.

No altered items will be accepted. If your returned item does not meet our requirements for return, it will be sent back without reimbursement. If you purchased your item using a gift card, your reimbursement will be loaded to a new gift card.

The Fit Is Not Right, What Can I Do?

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Should your item need adjustments, please contact us and we will guide you through the steps to use a local tailor for alterations.

What Is The Cost Guideline For Alterations?

We are happy to reimburse up to $125 per user for alterations in US, Canada or Australia. Your reimbursement amount will be based on your tailor’s recommendation of necessary corrections. Please view our maximum limits below.

Remakes

Although custom products can be returned for store credit, a complimentary remake is frequently more advantageous. A remake allows for the opportunity to refine the custom size for an improved fit or to alter a fabric or design detail.

Terms

Each customer receives two free remakes per category: Shirts, Pants, Tailored Jackets, and Tailored Dress Pants. While our goal is to perfect the size on the first remake.

Remakes can be approved for items lost in transit, manufacturing defects, or dimensions outside accepted tolerances. These cases must be submitted to our operations team at customerservice@brooksbingham.com

Remakes are dependent on the availability of fabric stock. Should a specific fabric be out of stock, an alternative of equal or lesser value may be chosen

How Will I Be Reimbursed?

Follow our guidelines and submit your itemized receipt and alterations. Make sure you let us know of your need for alterations within 10 days of receiving your order, by sending us an email at CustomerService@brooksbingham.com

Your reimbursement will be given as store credit. If you used a gift card for your purchase, you will be reimbursed in the form of a new Brooks Bingham Clothing gift card.

What If I Am Not Satisfied With The Quality Of Constructions Of My Garment?

Should you have any issues regarding the quality or construction of your garments, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team within 10 days after receiving your order for assistance.
