Your new suit is built for YOU, it has been measured to fit YOUR body, however, there are times minor adjustments might be needed. If your new suit requires changes, our Customer Service Reps are ready to help. Simply contact us at CustomerService@brooksbingham.com and we will walk you through the necessary steps.

Alterations

At Brooks Bingham Clothing we want you to be happy with your suit, alterations might be needed to achieve the perfect fit. Should you need changes, your tailoring costs will be reimbursed.

Alterations, “How-To”

To achieve the desired result and claim your credit, simply follow these steps below:

1 - Download & Print the Alteration Form

Our guide will help you understand all the possible ways your suit can be altered. We recommend you use a tailor experienced in suit alterations to ensure best results.

2 - Take Your Suit and the blank alteration form to your tailor of choice

Have your tailor fill in all necessary changes on the alteration form.

3 - Apply for Your Alteration Credit

It is important you carefully follow our instructions to claim your credit. Your application for credit must be received within 15 days of your order shipping. Please be prepared to upload copy of your receipt as well as the alteration form your tailor filled.

You have 10 days after receiving your order to notify us of your need for alterations. Contact our Customer Service Team to get started.

Returns

Brooks Bingham Clothing takes pride in delivering you a superbly fitting suit. Our “Perfect Fit Promise” is in place for your peace of mind. Should your new suit not meet your expectations, do not hesitate to contact us at CustomerService@brooksbingham.com. We want our customers to be happy and we are here to help.

Since your garment is designed based on your personal measurements and your chosen details, we DO NOT offer refunds. Should you be anything less than satisfied with your garment, please contact our Customer Service Team within 10 days of receiving your shipment.

Return Policy

  • Since your suit is cut based on your measurements and your individual details, we DO NOT offer a refund. However, should you have concerns regarding your items alterations can notsolve, you can return them for store credit. Please contact our Customer Service Team for more information. Should there be an issue with the quality of your garments, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order
  • After your return has been approved you will receive a Brooks Bingham Clothing Gift Card.
  • Items that have been worn or damaged do not qualify for reimbursement.
  • No altered items will be accepted
  • If your returned item does not meet our requirements for return, it will be sent back without reimbursement.
  • If you purchased your item using a gift card, your reimbursement will be loaded to a new gift card

The fit is not right, what can I do ?

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Should your item need adjustments, please contact us and we will guide you through the steps to use a local tailor for alterations.

If you have any concerns about the quality or fit of your garment, contact our Customer Service Team at CustomerService@brooksbinghamclothing.com within 10 days of receiving your shipment.

    • What is the cost guideline for Alterations?

      We are happy to reimburse up to $75 for alterations in US or Canada and $100 AUD in Australia. Your reimbursement amount will be based on your tailor’s recommendation of necessary corrections. Please view our maximum limits below.

  • How will I be reimbursed?

    Follow our guidelines and submit your itemized receipt and alterations. Make sure you let us know of your need for alterations within 10 days of receiving your order, by sending us an email at CustomerService@brooksbingham.com

    Your reimbursement will be given in your original method of payment at the time of purchase. If you used a gift card for your purchase, you will be reimbursed in the form of a new Brooks Bingham Clothing gift card.

  • What if I am not satisfied with the quality or construction of my garment?

    Should you have any issues regarding the quality or construction of your garments, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team within 10 days after receiving your order for assistance.
